From the South (Burlington, Waltham):

1. Take 128 North (=95 North) to exit 22, Elliott Street (Route 62), Beverly
2. Take right at the end of the ramp
3. Follow Elliott street/Route 62 (you will see signs for Cummings Center for about 2 miles
4. Take a left into the Cummings Center and make your way straight back – along all the speed bumps as far back as you can along the (very) long building 100.
5. You will see a rear entrance at the end of the building with a large flag “166E”. Park near there or in the covered parking garage.
6. Enter on the ground flow (Entry 166E) and find elevator 164D on the left (you will walk by an adult day care).
7. Go to second floor.
8. Out of the elevator make a right and a left and walk to the end of the hallway where you will see our entrance.

From the North (NH), Portsmouth (45 min):

1. Take 95South, to 128 North to exit 22
2. Follow directions above starting at step 2.

 From the South (NH), Boston (30 min without traffic):

1. Take 1 North over the Tobin Bridge, to 128 North to exit 22
2. Follow directions above starting at step 2.
